Most straightforward fixture replacements do not require a permit, but adding new circuits or making significant wiring changes often does. We can tell you what applies to your specific project before any work begins.

Yes. We run new wiring, cut the appropriate openings, and install the housings and trim. We also check that your panel can handle the additional load before starting.

We install recessed lights, pendants, chandeliers, track lighting, under-cabinet lights, outdoor wall and flood lights, landscape lighting, and more. If it needs an electrician to wire it, we can handle it.

A single fixture swap can take under an hour. Installing recessed lighting across several rooms or adding new circuits will take longer, sometimes a full day or more. We give you a time estimate upfront.

Absolutely. We install compatible dimmers alongside new fixtures or swap existing switches for dimmers. We make sure the dimmer is matched correctly to the bulb type to avoid flickering or buzzing.
